Job Opening: Remote RECRUITER for ABA Therapists
We are seeking a recruiter to assist with hiring ABA Therapists (RBTs), aiming for 15 hires per week. The role involves messaging candidates via Deel, conducting interviews via Google Meet and Zoom, managing the hiring process, and matching candidates with positions while factoring in travel time.
This position must be worked during EST hours. It is ideally full-time (9–5, 9–4, or 9-3:30), though part-time candidates may also be considered. Applicants MUST have at least one year of recruiting experience, with ABA recruitment strongly preferred.
