Kitchen Staff - Mike's Place Jerusalem

Mike's Place Jerusalem is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our kitchen team.

We have openings for both entry-level and experienced kitchen staff. We are happy to train the right person. We are also looking for at least one experienced team member with 3+ years of professional kitchen experience who can take responsibility during busy shifts.

Mike's Place is a bar environment rather than a traditional restaurant kitchen. The atmosphere is informal, friendly and social, but we take the work seriously. Our menu requires consistent preparation, proper cooking temperatures and thoughtful presentation.

Most shifts are 18:00–02:00, so living nearby is a plus.
Team members are expected to help with all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, grill, plating, cleaning and closing.
We are looking for people with a strong work ethic and a team mentality — not people who believe certain jobs are beneath them.
