We are a well-established short-term rental agency with over 12 years of experience managing over 50 high-end apartments for clients from around the world. With a portfolio of over 50 apartments across Israel, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Herzeliya, Bat Yam and Ramat Gan, the company prides itself on providing an outstanding guest experience as well as ensuring that all apartments are excellently maintained and consistently improved upon.

Our company is experiencing renewed growth after a few challenging years (COVID and the war) and we are rebuilding our team with motivated, hardworking, and dedicated individuals to help us deliver exceptional service. 🔧 Position Overview

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, presentation, and operational performance of our apartment portfolio. You’ll lead housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure each apartment is clean, functional, and exceeds guest expectations.

👉 This is a hands-on, operations-focused role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.
🛠️ The ideal candidate is not someone who wants to spend their day behind a desk, but someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves—smart and practical enough to troubleshoot minor electrical issues, fix a leaky faucet, or even tend to a garden when needed.

You’ll treat the portfolio as your own and take full ownership of its success.

📋 Areas of Responsibility and Duties

• 👥 Manage a multi-location team: Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance Techs, and Guest Experience Agents

• 🧼 Oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance to ensure consistent, high-quality standards

• 🛠️ Ensure timely execution and follow-up of work orders

• 🔍 Conduct quality control inspections and keep every unit guest-ready

• 📊 Review monthly Airbnb/VRBO audits and resolve issues

• 🏘️ Collaborate with the CEO to onboard new apartments

• 📝 Develop policies and procedures to improve operations

• ⏱️ Track and approve daily time and attendance for your team

• 🌟 Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help boost satisfaction and retention

• 🤝 Foster a high-performance, positive team culture

• ➕ Other duties as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

• 🌍 Excellent English (additional languages such as Hebrew, Russian, French, or German are a plus)

• 🏨 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or property management (training may be considered in lieu of experience)

• 😃 Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills

• 🧠 Detail-oriented, fast thinker, and problem solver

• ⚡ Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• 💻 Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

• 🚗 Valid driver’s license required and comfortable using an elecrtic bike

• 📊 בדיקת דוחות חודשיים של Airbnb/VRBO וטיפול בתקלות

• 🏘️ שיתוף פעולה עם מנכ"ל לגיוס דירות חדשות

• 📝 פיתוח נהלים ותהליכים לשיפור התפעול

🎓 כישורים נדרשים
