ABA Recruiter

We're looking for an ABA Recruiter to join our team and support one of our clients. This role focuses on interviewing candidates, assessing their fit, and guiding them through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with ABA candidates
- Evaluate candidates' experience, communication, and professionalism
- Present opportunities and explain next steps
- Track candidate progress in client systems
- Work closely with the client throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Background or familiarity with the ABA field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Organized and able to manage multiple candidates
- Comfortable using recruiting systems
Preferred:
- ABA or healthcare recruitment experience
- Experience with Apploi and/or Rippling
Position Details:
- Full-time 9 hours/day)
- 2:00–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Israel time
- In-person in our Har Hotzvim office
