Responsibilities as Assistant to the Director

  • Monitor incoming mail, messages, and phone calls, including online press cuttings
  • Updating and posting to the website
  • Online research
  • Printing, copying, and filing
  • Publishing and mailing an annual report (in English)

Responsibilities as Office Manager

  • Bookkeeping:
  1. Bank account
  2. Monthly expense reports in both English and Hebrew
  • Annual financial filings (in Hebrew)
  • Maintenance of office machinery
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Cleaning
