We are looking for someone who knows the New York community and understands how to find people — not just someone who posts on job boards.
This role is focused on sourcing, outreach, and driving candidate flow, working closely with our internal recruiting team.
What You’ll Do

Find and source qualified candidates for open roles

Post and promote opportunities across the right platforms and channels

Drive candidate sign-ups through creative outreach

Communicate with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Support matching candidates with job opportunities
Who This Is For

Must have lived in or have strong familiarity with Brooklyn, Monsey, Lakewood, or the greater NY community

Someone who naturally knows where to find candidates and how to reach them

Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with people

Organized, proactive, and resourceful

Recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus
