The sales and marketing department is the first point of contact with our clients. Weโre responsible for receiving initial inquiries, developing project descriptions, and accompanying potential clients until theyโre transferred into the care of the relevant project manager inside the company. In addition, the department is responsible for the social media pages of Israel Destination.
The operations coordinator will serve as the department managerโs right hand. They will be responsible for organization, tracking and communication with potential leads and clients during the sales and marketing process. In addition, they will sometimes get responsibility over small projects that are managed inside the department, and will provide support for other projects in the team. Responsibilities:
- Ongoing tracking of incoming inquiries and potential clients through our various communication channels.
- Initiating conversation and building relationships with potential leads.
- Assisting in putting together price quotes and sending them to potential clients.
- Assisting in organization, schedule management and coordination for the sales manager.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with potential clients through all stages of the sales process.
- Coordinating and tracking sent price quotes.
- Sending initial orders, tracking price quotes and approving them.
- Accompanying the client until transferred to the execution team.
- Assistance in branding for the company (content creation, tracking digital visibility and working with the marketing team).
Requirements:
- High organizational and tracking skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking).
- Ability to work independently on multiple assignments at once.
- Service-oriented approach, responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Experience in sales or marketing - an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems - an advantage.
- Availability during non-work hours during peak tourism season.
- Mother-tongue proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Full time work from the companyโs offices in Jerusalem.
- Valid driverโs license.
