A small, professional team in the financial services sector is seeking a reliable and organized assistant to support daily operations. This role combines administrative support, light marketing coordination, and CRM management, with the potential to grow into a more client-facing position over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate introductory calls with US-based financial institutions
- Conduct initial phone screenings after a training period
- Maintain and manage a customized CRM, including accurate data entry
- Create financial Model- and offering memorandums in PDF format
- Assist with targeted outreach and light marketing tasks
- Support workflow automation using tools such as Zapier or n8n
- Help implement and manage systems (e.g., Outlook Copilot, Notion, Airtable, Monday.com)
- Participate in ongoing training in financial services, cash flow modeling, and automation tools (e.g., UiPath)
- Willingness to learn on part company pay for various Argentic AI Certificates, online learning
Requirements:
- Native-level English and excellent phone communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM platforms
- Experience with productivity or automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Willingness to learn financial systems and automation tools
- Based in Israel, with availability during US business hours
- Must have a US-based working phone number
Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 25 hours/week | Evening hours to align with US EST (4:30 pm -11 pm or 5 pm - 11:30 Israel time which is US 9:30- 4 pm EST)
