A leading real estate office in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled secretary with proven previous experience in a real estate agency or brokerage office (mandatory).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a real estate office – essential
  • Full understanding of real estate office workflow: listings, contracts, client follow-ups, CRM, scheduling
  • Fluent / native-level Hebrew and English – spoken and written
  • Advanced Canva skills – ability to design and edit flyers, brochures, marketing posts and presentations (in both English and Hebrew)
  • Strong social media skills – Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Business
  • Ability to post property ads, design marketing materials, and respond professionally to online inquiries
  • Proficient with computers, Office / Google Workspace
  • Highly organized, responsible, service-oriented and independent
