Convergence Israel is hiring – Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant
An engaging and meaningful position, responsible for the company’s books and payroll.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting including balance sheet: Vendors, clients, banks and reconciliation
- Preparation of salaries and paystubs, reporting to authorities (forms 106, 102, etc.)
- Pension payments, social benefits, compliance with employment regulations
- Management of employee profiles – creation, termination, miluim, etc.
- Answering employee inquiries and collaboration with the company accountant, accounting firm and consultants
What are we looking for?
- Israeli bookkeeping certificates 1 + 2, Payroll Accounting certificate – Required
- Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping and payroll – Required
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations
- Precision, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
- Collaboration using ERP software
- High-level Hebrew (Reading and correspondence fluency)
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
Sunday-Thursday, 7 hours daily
