We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone and WhatsApp, providing the high level of care and support our clients have come to expect.
What We’re Looking For:
A true “people person” – polite, warm, patient, and friendly
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Fluent in both Hebrew and English
Relevant education and/or experience in customer service
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Availability to work part-time at our Jerusalem store on Davidka
