Bookkeeper – Level 2 or 3
The role will require maintaining the books of the various entities in the group, issuing invoices to customers, supplier invoice entry, bank and supplier entry and reconciliations, interface with suppliers, reporting to tax and other Government authorities, payroll preparation, regular report issuing and year-end reconciliations.
At least 5 years experience
High level of Excel knowledge; Other Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Israeli accounting systems, preferably PRIORITY and also ability to work with Quickbooks
Very good English and Hebrew
High service consciousness, order and organization, thoroughness and ability to manage tasks independently.
This is a full time position, from the office outside Bet Shemesh.
Mon - Thurs: 9 am - 4 pm. Fridays: 9am till 3 hours before shabbat
