A rapidly growing women’s retail company with a small but diverse technical team. While we are not a classic hi-tech company, we are a startup, and expect our technical work to be managed with *high standards of execution, structure, and accountability*.

This role may suit experienced technical project managers who want to maintain high professional standards while stepping away from constant hi-tech demands.

The role offers *some flexibility in working hours*: full-time or slightly reduced (e.g. ~7 hours/day) may be considered.

About the Role:

You will manage a variety of technical projects across areas such as:

* Data & reporting

* Automations, Integrations & internal tools

* Technical marketing infrastructure

* CRM processes

* And more...

You will work with a mixed technical team (not pure developers) and ensure projects are clearly defined, prioritized, tracked, and delivered.

Responsibilities:


  • Introduce, implement, and *uphold Agile / Scrum methodologies*
  • Define *clear deliverables, milestones, and sprint goals*
  • Own and manage the *backlog*, including prioritization and scope control
  • Lead *daily stand-ups / progress updates*
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolutions
  • Communicate *clear status updates* to management, including progress, delays, and trade-offs
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and project visibility


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a *Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager*
  • Strong understanding of *Agile / Scrum frameworks* and practical implementation
  • Ability to manage *multiple technical projects with concrete deliverables*
  • Solid technical understanding*(data, web, automations, systems - enough to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions)
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Fluent Hebrew and English*
  • Ability to work daily *from the office in Har Hotzvim*

* People management or team leadership experience

* Experience working with *small, cross-functional technical teams*

* Experience setting up project management tools and workflows
