HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition

Full-Time Remote Position

This is a hands-on recruitment role responsible for working with our team to understand staffing needs, attracting and screening qualified candidates, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process through the final interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers and team leads to understand current and anticipated hiring needs, clarify job responsibilities, required qualifications, schedules, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Draft, update, and post job descriptions and job advertisements
  • Identify appropriate job boards, professional networks, community resources, referral channels, and other sourcing opportunities
  • Review résumés and applications against established position requirements
  • Conduct first-round screening interviews, including recorded video interviews when required
  • Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall suitability
  • Prepare clear candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers
  • Coordinate second-round and final interviews with the appropriate interviewers
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Follow up with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and next steps
  • Conduct professional-reference checks when requested
  • Keep candidate information and hiring-status trackers accurate and up to date throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment activity and hiring metrics, including applicant volume, time to fill, interview-to-offer rates, and offer acceptance rates
  • Develop candidate pipelines for positions that are recruited for regularly
  • Help ensure a professional, organized, and consistent candidate experience
  • Assist with additional general HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Prior 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing applications and conducting candidate interviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
  • Strong professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers from varied professional, cultural, religious, and educational backgrounds
  • Native-level fluent English
  • Must be based in Israel
  • Proficiency with video-conferencing tools, spreadsheets, job boards, and common recruitment platforms
  • Reliable home internet connection and an appropriate remote-work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting for remote positions
  • Experience recruiting candidates from varied cultural, religious, educational, and professional backgrounds
  • Experience sourcing candidates through both conventional and community-based recruitment channels
  • Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems
  • Experience using recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Experience supporting recruitment in a fast-paced environment
