Overview
We're looking for a creative leader who thinks like a marketer.
This role sits at the intersection of brand and growth. You'll lead our creative teams (design, video) while also owning marketing strategy across email, paid media, and digital campaigns. You need to be fluent enough in every channel to make smart calls and give sharp direction - and comfortable enough in Meta Ads Manager to build and manage campaigns yourself.
You won't be designing landing pages or editing videos. But you'll be directing the people who do - which means you need to know what good looks like and why it works
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Set and maintain brand standards across all channels
- Lead and grow the graphic design and video production teams
- Develop campaign concepts and storytelling that connect with our audience
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across every touchpoint
Marketing Strategy
- Define our email marketing strategy - cadence, segmentation, lifecycle approach
- Shape the donor/subscriber journey from awareness through retention
- Direct landing page strategy and conversion optimization
- Identify opportunities and set priorities across channels
Paid Media (Hands-On)
- Build, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
- Own performance and report on results
- Test creative, audiences, and messaging
Team & Process
- Hire, mentor, and manage creative team members
- Run effective meetings and ensure projects ship on time
- Maintain organized workflows and clear documentation
Requirements:
A strong portfolio showing creative work and marketing campaigns you've led
- Hands-on paid media experience - you've personally built and managed Facebook/Meta campaigns
- Deep email marketing knowledge - you understand strategy, flows, and what drives engagement even if you're not the one writing every email
- Fluency across digital marketing - landing pages, funnels, social, video - you know enough to direct teams effectively
- Comfort with AI tools - you're already using them to work smarter
