German-Speaking Business Development Representative
We are an international recruitment company specializing in healthcare staffing solutions. We are seeking a German-speaking representative to contact nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, home-care agencies, and healthcare providers throughout Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telephone and email marketing campaigns
- Present our international nurse and healthcare worker recruitment services
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Schedule virtual meetings for management
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German
- Previous sales, telemarketing, recruitment, or business development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Healthcare sector experience is an asset
