We're looking for an great HR Manager with HR experience for an international company to handle Israeli the HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, training and development.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

Requirements:

• Excellent English and Hebrew
• Previous HR experience in an international company
• Thorough knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of other global labor laws – a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
