 Essential Job Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple clients in industries as diverse as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, finance, education, health, medical, travel, hospitality or editorial publications Lead projects with minimal oversight from the Account Director

 • Understand the clients business and industry by researching and asking questions. Continuously strive for the best solutions to help achieve client goals. • Collaborate with other departments.Keep the teams running smoothly and efficiently  • Manage client expectations externally and internally by project managing all deliverables •  Drive digital innovation by staying abreast of the latest digital platforms, social trends and mobile technologies with the ability to strategically translate these into client programs • Entrepreneurial spirit • Strong analytical ability • Paid media/advertising experience • Influencer Marketing experience • Strong negotiation and selling skills • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams on successful projects and campaigns • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects • Thorough understanding of marketing concepts including branding, advertising, strategy creation, content development, and design • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn • Must be organized, detail oriented and collaborative • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Great cross-team communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to business, creative and technical people
