ARC International Collaborations Manager

The ARC Global team is seeking an International Collaborations Manager to oversee activities with hospitals and healthcare organizations outside of Israel, namely those in North America, Europe, and South Africa. This member will also manage visits and help coordinate high-profile events - both in-person and virtual ones.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker with a high-level of proficiency in Hebrew (both oral and written)
• Ability to work with senior leaders and C-level executives
• Background in life sciences or health field preferred
• Prior experience in innovation a plus
• Project management experience
• Detail-oriented with an ability to focus on the big picture
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to manage competing demands and work adjusted hours to accommodate the schedule of partners abroad
• Ability to work with startups as well as complex healthcare organizations

Responsibilities include the following:

• Serve as the go-to person for all international activities, generate presentations, engage in consultation services, and other related tasks
• Supervise projects with the various innovation hubs at ARC (the office’s six focus areas), labs, and clinical departments
• Manage visits by senior leaders and/or clinical teams that visit Sheba Medical Center
• Manage ARC social media to highlight activities internal and external to the hospital
• Manage conferences and large-scale events
