*Administration & Project Manager – Jerusalem*

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Project Manager for a renowned Yeshiva in Jerusalem to oversee client relations, operations and project execution, among others.

This role’s responsibilities include Internal and external communications, the planning and logistics for events and program execution, administration, tracking systems, KPIs, and monitoring budgets.

Requirements:

  • Professional level of English and Hebrew
  • 8+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in database management, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial oversight.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility for peak event periods.
