Position: Administrator / Office Manager Location: Beit Shemesh (after training possibility to work from Home)
Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive (“rosh gadol”), reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Handle basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
• Maintain and update spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets
• Coordinate schedules and set up meetings and appointments
• Call clients to confirm or schedule appointments
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors as needed
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, and general office administration
• High level of initiative and independence (“rosh gadol”)
• Ability to work efficiently from home
