A growing women’s retail company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Social Engagement & Appointment Coordinator to manage high-volume social media interactions and convert inquiries into in-store appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume engagement across social platforms (comments and DMs) using Zoho Social
- Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to customer inquiries
- Build trust and confidence through thoughtful, informative communication
- Navigate between management systems and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for personalized engagement
- Qualify leads and guide relevant prospects toward booking in-store appointments
KPIs:
- Conversion rate from inquiries to scheduled and completed store visits
- Response time and quality across communication channels
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high-volume social media engagement – required
- Proficiency in Zoho Social .
- Native-level Hebrew with excellent written communication skills (English a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Background or interest in beauty/fashion – an advantage
