
A leading company specializing in legal tech solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and drive performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve key business objectives
• Collaborate with legal teams to understand client needs and offer tailored legal solutions
• Work with business development to uncover new opportunities and grow client relationships
• Oversee relationships with clients impacted by cyber fraud or financial breaches
• Provide hands-on coaching, process improvements, and day-to-day team support

• 2+ years of experience managing a sales team - must
• Very strong English (spoken and written) - must
• Ability to work on-site in central Tel Aviv (near the light rail), Monday to Thursday, 2PM–12AM (Israel time) - must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Proven experience in legal tech or cybersecurity - a plus
