German Speaking Customer Success Administrator
We are a growing international company which specializes in financial dispute investigations and resolutions, located between Modiin and Bet Shemesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client caseload - the full client journey from start to finish
- Analyzing and understanding complex financial issues
- Representing the client’s best interests and presenting their case to banks and financial institutions.
- Follow-up and communication with the clients and the banks – both verbal and written.
Job requirements:
- Fluent German, Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Proficient with computers, very comfortable using Google Suite
- First-rate organizational skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Empathetic personality
- Self-motivated
- Team Player, good at collaborating
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Fluent level German, Italian and English, excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Strong writing skills
- Good computer literacy (CRM, Word, Excel, Email, Google Docs, Chat, Zoom)
- Organization, Problem Solving and Assertiveness
Preference to those with:
- Experience with customer service or sales over the phone
- Work experience in financial or legal services - banks, currency exchange, paralegal etc.
Hours are 10:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday and half-day on Fridays.
