Responsibilities:
- Provide positive, empathetic, and professional customer service
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Receive, de-escalate, and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction while providing professional support
Ideal Candidate:
- Available to work in our Har Hotzvim office
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Friendly, personable, and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented and able to learn new systems quickly
- A collaborative team player
- Interested in a long-term customer service role
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in Israel
Hours & Salary:
- Based in Har Hotzvim (hybrid option available)
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 PM–3:00 AM
- Friday: 3:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Starting at 45 NIS/hour (based on experience)
