for a miniature golf course in Israel:

(1) Tel Aviv
The course has been described as:
on the banks of the Yarkon river in the Tel Aviv area

next to ganei yehoshua on Derech Namir

near Ganei HaTaarucha and Luna Park in Park Hayarkon (the name is "GOLFETECH")

by the museum not far from the university
(I don't know if all the following descriptions refer to the same mini-golf course or multiple locations.)

(2) Kibbutz Farod (in the Gallil, not far from Meiron)
