Channel Managers develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners. This role includes developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, pacing training, and developing their sales team. (Company base is in Rosh HaAyin). 

Duties and Responsibilities

Channel Managers perform many tasks in their quest to build successful and lucrative relationships with company partners. 

  • Manage Relationships With Channel Partners

The channel manager is the key point of contact between the company and channel partners. Performing the duty takes excellent customer service skills and involves negotiating contracts.

They need to be active listeners who take the time to comprehend what others say and then use the information they learn to build relationships. They should be socially perceptive and aware of nonverbal cues to feel out how a negotiation is going and be able to adjust accordingly.

They develop and maintain partner and prospective partner relationships over the telephone and email.

  • Ability To Use Analytical Skills To Analyze Key Performance Indicators

Ability to use analytical skills to analyze key performance indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.

  • Continuously Train Sales Team on Company Offerings and Price Lists

As part of the management team, part of the job involves training channel partners and their staff and implementing the company standard training process. Given the ever-changing nature of sales and marketing campaigns, this training should happen continuously.

  • Hit Monthly Sales Quota for Territory

The Channel Manager’s most important responsibility involves hitting their monthly goals.

  • Represent Company at Industry Events

This involves creating promotional materials, as well as setting up and taking down a company booth. It also involves pitching company offerings to prospects at trade shows, etc.


  • Experience in implementing channel sales strategies to meet the monthly sales quota, in the SaaS market, and in working with ERP/CRM software

  • Proven success in new business development, inside sales account management, telemarketing, lead generation, and cold calling. A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and promote long, complex sales cycles 

  • Excellent communicators - great active listeners, verbal and written skills 

  • Native or fluent English, more languages are welcome

  • Relevant B.A 

  • Full position, flexible hours are needed
