According to CNN

📱

a recent study found that high-dose exposure to cell phone radiation increased brain tumors in male rats. While results are not yet conclusive, I’ve included below a few things you can do to reduce cellphone radiation:

1. Text, don’t talk.

2. Don’t wear your phone – don’t keep it clipped on your belt, or in your pocket.

3. Don’t use the cell phone in enclosed metal spaces such as cars, elevators, buses, trains, etc.

4. Switch from ear to ear when talking.

5. Don't use your phone when there is a weak signal – one or two bars.

6. Use speaker mode or a wired headset or a bluetooth headset -- whenever possible.

7. Turn your phone off at night, or put it on airplane mode.

8. Children should be allowed to use the cell phone in cases of emergency only.

9. Be careful about “shielding” products – some of them actually cause the phone to increase its radiation signal.

10. Keep your cellphone away from your body, especially at night.
