Do you spend most of your day in front of a computer screen?  Get tired eyes?

Here is a tip to lower eye strain designed by California optometrist Jeffrey Anshel:

Take a 20-second break from looking at a screen every 20 minutes. During the break, focus on an object 20 feet away, which relaxes the eye muscles.

Other tips:
  1. Reduce screen glare
  2. Using eye drops
  3. Change computer settings
  4. Adjust the screen's contrast.
  5. Get regular eye checkups
